13/11 seems more profligate than bold. The upside is thin. If White neither hits nor anchors, merely 30% of the time, our 6-1, 4-1 and 6-4 are improved (the last two are somewhat duplicated on the other side of the board). On the other hand, when hit, we lose a lot of equity in more common holding games scenarios.

It would be fine if we could play two turns back to back without Stick interfering, but as it is, the "builder" isn't worth much.
