Do you ever tempo hit on the second roll if you can't make a major split?

Stick, You sure know how to provoke a guy. So here's a principle we can use for determining when a tempo play is called for on the second move with a 4-1S. Tempo only when you can make a major split. This principle is a lock. I rolled out 4-1S,5-1 in 2006 on Snowie 3 and hitting was about.034 wrong. The rest of them are on your site and 4-3 was discussed in an earlier thread.
But,here's a challenge to you or anyone one else that's ambitious. Let us know all the other second roll responses when your only (viable) option is to tempo hit on the 2 or 1 where the principle of tempo hitting only when you can make a major split doesn't hold up! By the way,I don't know the answer but i will be disappointed if there is even one.
