White is Dmitriy Obukhov

Blue is David Hanold

Blue to play 54

After a bot eval showed me I had no conception of what to do here, I salvaged my ego by constructing a retro sequence. It was easy.

The key is to note that White must have slotted his 5pt early on, and been hit. After that, all of his moves have been spent entering. Probably most of them were forced. Some of them may have been dances.

So, start the party with 21$-64K. That's 21$ = 13/11 6/5 and 64K = 24/20*/14*.

My solution has 9 rolls, with the 54 sitting on the table as the 10th. I am sure there are many other ways to get here. It took me less than 10 minutes to find the one I did. As is common for retro-puzzles, I played mine for money, with the Jacoby rule enforced, and beavers allowed.
