Blue is Player 1XGID=aaB--AD-B---dD---d-e----B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:3:0:10 54S-62H-F-64P-F-C
The above position is a known double / no double cusp -- well, known by me, anyway, from older-bot rollouts. I'll roll it out (for Money) on XG to verify, and post.
Given that the doubling decision above is so close, the original position (with Blue owning his 4pt instead of 2pt) has to be an easy double. Yet the 4pt isn't so much stronger than the 2pt that White should seriously consider passing. In short, the original position (with Blue owning his 4pt) is a clear D/T

P.S. The diagrammed position can be reached in one fewer roll with 64P-54S-62H-F-C, but the 54S reply is a .03 error.
