If the Dilly Builders had to give up their anchor in order to hit a blot, I would certainly slot the bar point (13/7) because this seems to be quite constructive. Yet, they have an extra checker on the 4-point. Despite of the blot on the 20-point, I tend to the safe play, since we are slightly ahead in the pip count.
