GNUbg rollouts in batch... Klaus...

Hi all,
A couple of years ago I wrote a python script that takes an analyzed match and does something on any move/decision flagged as "wrong". At the time, my intent was only to export the misplayed position (text format) to create a sort of database of my own mistakes that I can access and replay later on (and, possibly, re-misplay). It was working fine, with a few minor glitches. No need to say, I no longer have the script.
I don't see any technical obstacle in doing what you want: take an sgf file (eventually analyze it), rollout all the wrong decisions, save the (new) sgf file. Only issue is that I don't have the time to do it right now. With some basic programming knowledge it is doable. Without, IMO, your best chance is to post a request on the gnubg mailing list.
One of the touchy things is the following: how do we decide which move we have to rollout ? Only "my one" anf gnubg one ?
A comment however: Mislav said that he's very happy when he sees that his play judged as "bad" by 2ply is then corrected as "right" by a rollout. All fine.
Issue is that it also happens that a play you made and 2ply judged correct can turn out to be a blunder with a rollout ... to be fair, you should rollout all the moves. otherwise it is like saying "2ply is right when he agrees with me".
MaX.
