As one who thinks BG is a much better game when it isn't played at chess-like speeds. 2 hours is long enough for an 11 pt match. 2:15 is probably too long and 2:30 is definately too long. Note that some BG fed's analog rules would be 66 min per player or 2:12 max to complete the match.

Under the US Bronstein rules, 44 min (both players) 12 sec/move, I don't recall seeing too many 11 pt matches take more than 2 hours.
