13/8. Builder for the bar, you dont mind getting hit (because of the blot), and you maintain outfield control by having checkers in the outfield. Plus, you can still make the 9pt. Also that spare on the 8 allows you to hit loose on the 3pt, if there is a bold run made by white.

Honestly, I dont see any other play thats as reasonable. You have to use your checkers sometime, and you dont want to punt behind the anchor until you have to - or until you suddenly care a lot more about getting hit in the outfield.
