I'll attempt to answer #3, and the same sequence of blue moves will also work for problems 1 and 2.

white opens with 62 playing 24/18, 13/11 blue rolls 21 and plays 13/11 8/7* white fans blue rolls 62 playing 13/11 13/7 white fans blue rolls 44 playing 24/20 (2), 13/9 (2) white fans blue rolls 55 playihg 20/10 (2)

i don't have XG, so i'm not sure if this solution actually meets the requirements.
