Hmm..what is your search interval set to? The default SI is really too small when a roll like 11 with many possible plays is rolled.

If playing against a quick level like expert be sure to set SI to gigantic!

Options/settings/analysis/search interval.

I just ran a quick test. 3 ply normal SI makes the 6 pt but then plays 15/14.

3 ply gigantic gets it right and hits after making the 6 pt.

I don't know what level "expert" plays at but if it's worse than 3 ply, that will help explain what happened.
