I'm only sure of 10/7(2). Blue needs ways to plays 6s 4s 4s and 3s (and maybe 1s -- if White makes the 8 point 24/23 won't be good) while waiting for a lovely roll to come soon. 13/7(2) looks flexible on most numbers -- 2-1 would be unfortunate. The midpoint adds some pressure but not on many rolls -- not all 5s for instance, only 51 52 53 since White can also play a spare from the 20 point. On those, 10/7(2) 10/4 is better for not leaving a blot in the homeboard. Starting the 3 point with 10/7(2) 10/7 6/3 might be good, and seems the most flexible ... except 6-3 5-3 4-3 would be really ugly.

I'll go with 10/4 10/7(2), but 13/7(2) and 10/7(3) 6/3 don't look much worse, or better.
