I would stipulate the clock settings though we can assume you meant the widely accepted 2m/12s. I would give the approximate size of the tournament. Even though everything is clocked I think the size of the tournament would still matter. Take the extreme example of a tournament with 2 players or 1 match playing a clocked 7 pointer versus a tournament with 2,000 players playing clocked 7 point matches. The latter will need a much larger amount of time allocated per round than the former.

I feel there are still other details that may be pertinent that aren't coming to mind at the moment.
