There is significant variance, but typically 1hr 45 - 2hrs is good for 9pts. 2hrs 15 - 2hrs 30 for 11pts, but when you are figuring out the best way to approach it, you first need to know how many rounds there will be, then pick the timings that will work best for what you have.
