Don't know if it will help, but I knocked up this Excel match time estimator last year.. https://goo.gl/1dKrZm

You can adjust the delay time per move and see the effect on overall match duration (in cell J2) i.e. 10sec, 12secs, 15secs etc

*Please note, it estimates actual gameplay time only*

i.e. it does not take into account time for getting up to report wins or losses, time to be told your next opponent, time to find your next opponent, time for sitting down and getting comfortable, time for cordial greetings, water breaks, toilet breaks, cigarette breaks, lost opponents, wrong opponents, dinner breaks, TD / committee interventions etc. etc.

Some additional units of time (t) will have to be added to each round's estimate for each the above.
