The big differences between the three plays are unexpected. Especially for 13/7(2) -- a .150 blunder?

I could be wrong, but perhaps Gnubg is overvaluing Blue's prime after 13/7(2), and taking when it shouldn't, while recognizing the crappiness of Blue's position without the broken prime after the other two plays. I'll roll out one position:

3-3 13/7(2) ... 3-2 13/8 ... 3-4 10/3 ... Double/Take
