I want Stick on the roof here to limit his options and to hope he dances. I think keeping the mid is a tad better than freeing up more playable checkers by going to the 11. Note also that our 7 pt is not very valuable after we shift so it may be better to make the 11 pt.

I can't decide between the 2 plays but will vote for keeping the mid as we are trying to get our back checkers out and win the race, rather than continue an attack on his blot.

1x(2) 7(2) gets my vote.
