In general, for something like the BLC, you want to have good trainers more than good BG players (ideally people that are both good trainers and good players). So it becomes more a question of how well you can explain, coach, and help someones thinking and habits forward then how well the trainer plays. (Mochy explains very well, judging from what he did on Twitch)
