Hmmmm... I thought I replied yesterday but I'm not seeing my reply here. Anyway:

9/8*/4 put one on the roof and aim four builders at the three point.

Stepping up to the 22 is worth considering, but there's no good way to play the four. Whacking two seems like overkill and buries a checker on the ace. 10/9 10/6 seems weak an wimpy.
