I think we have to jump out, despite the double shot. Playing safe this turn with something like 8/3 just: a) postpones this problem until next turn and b) leaves the blot on the innerboard point Stick mostly wants to make (we will be attacked with 6's). Hitting lose with 5/1* looks like the wrong idea to me. I count 24 shots for Stick both on the 16 and on the 17, so I'll play 21/16 for better chance to safety this back man if not hit.
