I don't see why any programming is needed. It is clear that the claim can be false. You just need that a player takes specific advantage of another player's weakness. For example, if the following play money games against each other
Player E: Theoretically optimal player.
Player X: Theoretically optimal player except always drops if doubled at first opportunity and is terrible at checker play in races.
Player Y: Theoretically optimal player except for always doubling at first opportunity.
then E can have the same edge vs both X and Y with the cube errors Y makes being balanced by X's checker play errors. Y has equity of a point per game versus X.
