Taking a point outside that we need to clear and turning it into a safe place to land in our board looks like a bargain to me, even at the potential cost of leaving an indirect shot when we clear the 11 point. Clearing the 11 point by adding to the stack on the 5 point looks like it could cause problems as long as his laggard stays where it is. 8/2(2)
