In Response To: Gin positions (Bob Koca)

No clue. I only learned of the rule myself a few years back (maybe there has been some update since then) when I tried to resign for gammon in a tournament game when there was a tiny % chance I could get BG'd and a tiny % change I could win...the Director denied me the right to resign.
