You absolutely have to hit. If you dont, she will either run away with a 6 or make home board point with almost all other numbers. Just imagine a position where she makes 3 or 4pt. You are well blocked and your front position on the verge of collapse.

To me hit is very clear, but I am not sure which hit is best. It is tempting to minimize shots with 6/1* 6/3, but if she rolls a 6 our position sucks anyway. So, maybe you leave 2 points slotted in the home board and hope to make them. Out of the two banana splits I think 6/1 8/5 is preferable to 8/3 4/1. Difference between 6pt and 4pt doesn't look great here, but more ways to make home board is important.
