Thank you, yes it is an option.

However I am not sure if it is really saving time. Surely it will be error prone too. Because there might be an error in the data, and we might make a mistake when implementing it into the exsiting data.

We have to ask people, contact him, he should send us correct data, we have to check the data, we have to open the source, paste it, check it...

So it is actually faster by doing everything automatically, I believe.
