For me the pass is clear, the question is whether at this score it is actually too good or not!

Since some players as white might take here (blue's position is ugly, but white has a checker on the bar along with two eminently hittable blots as well), I'll ship the cube.

Considering that white has three inner board points, and that blue has two checkers back, and that blue has the 631 setup for points with white already having slotted the 5pt, I'm inclined to think (I've talked myself into it while writing this) that it is dubious that is too good.
