There is an explanation on Help.

Go to Menu -> ? -> Help

Optimized quiz is your blunder book. AI pick up your blunder from the game within 24 hours (if not played in 24 hours, then latest) and show you as your own quiz. If you get it wrong again, then it will be shown again. If you get it right then the problem won't be shown less (or not shown at all, Im not sure yet).

There are 3 quiz books. Daily (recent blunders), Killer (your repeated blunder generated from daily), and Overall (random position from your past blunders). By playing - analyzing- checking (in quiz), your game will be improved.

So basically it is the game server + automated GNU + automated learning tool.

Actually if you are a bit interested, just pay for one month and see what happens. it is only $5 a month or so.

By the way, It is still free for 6 games a day.
