In theory, if you analyze a file on 2 computer you should get exact same results when settings are the same. In practice, however, this is usually not the case. BMAB analyze matches twice -- batch 1 and batch 2. Then adopts best of two batches -- Tournament PR. When batch 1 and batch 2 differ by more than 3%, BMAB looks for what caused the difference.
