Yes, the seed is the same.

We've seen several examples on BGO of an XGR+ analysis yielding a nonsensical result that isn't reproducible. The analysis process is non-deterministic.

There are programming constructs that allow you to introduce things like "barriers" and "locks" to prevent non-deterministic race conditions. My guess is that Xavier decided to forgo some of these constructs in the interests of faster performance.
