Who benefits from extra time?

Mike, I'm not sure you're as weak as you let on.

Nonetheless, I think longer time controls benefit the stronger, rather than the weaker player. Who are the players who routinely use nearly all of their time? I'm thinking of Matt and Joe Russell and others. It's hard to argue that they are weak players using the full clock to equalize.
