On the topic of too much / too little: as I have mentioned before, the individually subjective preferred clock settings back and forth seems to have a 'groundhog day' at least once a year (without ever reaching a conclusion).

Perhaps whoever is doing this talking would like to get in touch to sponsor this research (a temporary Surveymonkey Pro plan as the number of responses has exceeded 100)? I am hopeful one day to be able to publish a full set of results.
