If you hit two and close them out, you'll be ~80% to win the game.

A closed board against two on the roof is only about 2-to-1 favorite, or 67%.

Here is a real story:

In a friendly money game, my opponent closed out two checkers and immediately redoubled. I mentioned that was not a redouble because of no market losers. He only replied, "I have never seen anyone won from here". I guess there is a "first time" for everything because that game didn't last more than 3 or 4 rolls.
