I use it all the time. It's a GTO bot only, so you cannot adjust for player tendencies -- but still very instructive.

I do not play online poker, so I cannot speak to its application to that, but it has several features that I use:

(1) You can play the bot, either heads-up or in a ring game where you are against a whole table of bots. After you finish a session, you can have the program analyze it, just as in backgammon, and it will give you your poker PR!

(2)It has a feature (called "scenarios") like XG's "setup a position" where you can ask it questions about hands you have played. I play live here in LA & take some notes while playing, then plug the play of the hand in and get its opinion on each decision.

I'd say it is well worth the money, though it has lots of limitations. For example, because Poker Snowie thinks it is never right to open-limp in a ring game, you will never be able to get experience playing against limpers in a ring game cause when you play it, none of its iterations will limp. Similarly, its evaluation of limped pots is pretty much at odds with that of practical money players. PS gives credit to limpers for holding quite decent hands rather than the speculative hands they usually have, and so never recommends "punishing the limpers."

Finally, they do have a blog, there are quizzes, and you can even send in questions. Sometimes PS (like XG) comes up with some strange answers. You can write to Levermann asking questions just like you can write to Xavier.
