Who benefits from extra time?

The reasoning is that PR is approximately proportional to rate of equity loss. This is easier to argue in the case of money games but I don't think that long-term money game PR is all that different from long-term match PR for most people.

If you want a cleaner argument then you can use MWC and VRR.
