I think the 4th play to consider is 24/18 13/9. I would make the same play as you did - because the race is close and we play against an advanced anchor, we need to get the back checkers going, so 13/3 is out, and 24/18 13/9 and 24/14 allows direct hits from the heavy midpoint. Moreover, after 24/20 13/7 and hit, we'll have reasonable 6s from the bar.
