Yes! In addition, there should not be any beavers in an XG rollout where the Jacoby rule is in force.

I like to report the settings used for a rollout in case a bug is discovered in XG later. That makes it easier to track down the rollouts that might be affected. Suppose, for instance, that it was discovered that there was a bug that involved only those positions where neither the Jacoby Rule nor beavers were used.
