We may make our three point or spread builders before Stick rolls. And, Stick's board may crack next turn. Overall, I see too many market losers to wait. A simple sequence such as 6-2, 4-2 looks like a market loser.

With respect to the score - I prefer to double-in at three away whenever possible. Most of Stick's wins will be at 4. And, we have some vig playing at 12-13. I am inclined to favor the double-in possibilities of 14-9C, 12-13 and 15-9 over the double-out result of 13-9. If Stick had many redouble-out sequences in his future (with a 12-11 result), I would feel somewhat differently about the score. I just don't see a lot of redouble-outs coming.

I double.

A very interesting issue in the position is whether or not Stick can redouble if he has a single shot. That affects our subsequent checker play and possibly this cube decision as well. I'm not sure of the answer to this question. If he can't, then my analysis of the score above may be all wrong. Does anyone else have better vision than I do on this point?
