Here is one way to reach this position.

51S = split = 24/23, 13/8
61P = point = 13/7, 8/7
32@ = anchor = 24/21, 23/21
65R = run = 24/13
43 = ?

Over the board, I think my play would be N = 13/9, 6/3.

I am reluctant to come under the gun with 24/21, and I think it is absolutely necessary to un-stack the midpoint. Blue does not have enough structure to try to bring this home with safe play.
