White really wants to unload those stacks, so I'll wait until I can leap out before moving the runner. Meanwhile, our stack on the midpoint is problematic, so 13/9 seems thematic - make white break her anchor to hit. Then 6/3 seems as reasonable as any.

13/9 6/3. Unstack two bloated points, make her abandon the anchor to hit, don't offer up a juicy loose hit.
