4pt vs 9pt 3

In Response To: 4pt vs 9pt 3 (Timothy Chow)

I'd make the 9pt here. There are two reason for this choice:

1. If we make the 4pt, then white rolls are nicely diversified -- small numbers hit the blot on the 3pt, while some large numbers hit the blot on the 11pt.

2. With 9pt made vs. 4pt, it's easier to cover the blot on the 3pt in case it's missed.
