Re redouble take points

In Response To: Bar point holding game: cube reference position (David Levy)

This is a lesson in re redouble take points. Which leads me to a question. Can someone point me to a table of 'effective' takepoints for the cube at 4? (That is, redoubling to 8.) Thanks.
