Do you know your backgammon values?

I actually saw that. I also saw that blue might close out just one checker and win the game. It seemed to me that both of those scenarios were smallish possibilities that would tend to cancel each other out. I ignored both in my calculations, as I would over the board. I also saw that blue might just get in a correct recube. That seemed to be very small potatoes, so I ignored that as well.

This is what I just plain missed. If white rolls a 2x, blue is not picking up another checker.
