Video Recording of Matches

John may be more familiar with this than I am -- he having gone to Monte Carlo a number of times -- but I recall having to sign a waiver at the Monte Carlo tournament regarding video and picture rights. I was there in '06 and '07 and don't recall if it was only '06 when they were doing a documentary and had some television coverage or if it was in '07 as well. But even with the waiver of rights, Malcolm and others were still allowed to videorecord matches and, of course, there were a number of manual transcribers for hire.
