Where can I find reference positions ?

You're here, why not start here? If you use the search function for the past 10 years and input 'reference position' in the words you'll get about 1,400 results. Obviously a lot of that is noise/repetitive but I'm sure there will be some decent stuff in there.

Kit's Backgammon Encyclopedia is a good place to start as is Trice's Boot Camp that Keene already mentioned.

I've also before sold an insane amount of one particular type of position, rolled out and analyzed, such as Early Game Blitz Files or Holding Game Files
