GNUbg can't split a single match analysis or rollout on multiple computers. On the other hand, if you have many rollouts to do, preparing command files and running them using some batch queuing software (like the open source versions of this) is quite easy. That's more or less what I did when retraining its neural nets.

Another possibility would be to create virtual machines set up to run GNUbg on some cloud facility like Amazon's or Microsoft's. This may be a bit expensive for normal use but may be helpful for, say, someone writing a book who has a few hundred long rollouts to do in a relatively short time.
