Sure, but IMO the difference between two plays is rarely of anything but academic interest. The whole obsession about which play is "best" is misguided. If two plays are close enough that their confidence intervals still overlap even when the confidence intervals are small, then all that matters for practical purposes is that the plays are close.

If one is going to fuss over correlated dice then why not first fuss over the Gaussian approximation?
