Behind by 40 pips I don't see the utility of abandoning the anchor on the deuce. I also don't see the utility of crunching the board. So, that leaves 18/9 or 18/12 18/13. Running both leaves an ugly gap for white, but leaving one there to hit presents a real dilemma for white. So, against a human, I'd leave one behind and hope that I provoke a bigger blunder from white than that play might be.

And since I'm not at all sure which is better, I'll make the human play here.
