At GS we have to fight for an anchor. I'd go with 24/20 and then probably choose 24/22 over 13/11 since the builder is less effective after we've made the bar and it adds to blot count and the stack on 13 is not big, so no urge for unstacking.

At DMP I'd minor split to 22pt and add builder with 13/9, although 24/20 13/11 going for best anchor in the light of stripped miniprime looks good too.
