Mike Sall's Gin Rummy Book is $200

I do not know anything about gin rummy, but a few years ago I met Mike Sall. I was told that he is considered to be a very strong gin player and I browsed through a copy of his hardcover book that sells for $200. I remember thinking that it was a well-organized book. It was probably self-published and I am guessing that only a limited number of copies was printed. I was told it was the best book on gin rummy. Carol may sell it. I believe she told me that someone stole one of her copies at a tournament. We should have video cameras to catch thieves. Hope the thief lost all his $$$ at gin.
