XG settings used for PR?

This question came up on rec.games.backgammon recently.
I believe that the Danish Backgammon Federation uses one-pass XGR++ Gigantic.
"Standard World Class" is a multi-pass algorithm, meaning that you get more than one chance for your alleged error to be exonerated. That means that it will have a tendency to generate lower PRs than a one-pass algorithm.
As for how much difference it makes, I can't say I have any hard data, but I think it would be rare for, say, the DBGF and BMAB algorithms to differ by more than 5% (by which I mean that if, for example, one of them gave a PR of 6.0 for a match of 7 points or more, then I would be surprised if the other one gave a PR less than 5.7 or more than 6.3) and I would guess that more often than not the difference would be less than 2%.
