Multi pass and PR

My experience from watching XG is that close plays that are deemed correct are not put through the second pass. This is key.

The size of an error can certainly increase on a multipass. But it seems that in practice, the average change is roughly zero, and so the multiple shot at being exonerated becomes the dominant effect.
